Our Favorite New Budget-Friendly Holosun Night Vision Gear Is Here
Good night vision gear doesn’t have to mean spending several thousand dollars on every component of your setup.
MOD Armory is now carrying Holosun, and there are three products in particular that immediately caught our attention for night vision users: the Holosun AEMS PRO X2, IRIS-ARC IR Illuminator, and LE321 Laser Series.
Even better, we’re kicking off the launch with special sale pricing on all three.
Whether you’re putting together your first night vision setup, upgrading a rifle you already use under NVGs, or simply looking for more affordable alternatives to some of the higher-priced options on the market, these are three Holosun products worth a closer look.
Holosun AEMS PRO X2: A Night Vision-Compatible Red Dot Without the Premium Price
Launch Sale: From $399.99
The Holosun AEMS-PRO-X2-RD is probably our favorite place to start.
For shooters using helmet-mounted night vision, passive aiming through a red dot has become an increasingly popular option. The AEMS PRO X2 gives you four dedicated night vision brightness settings, along with eight daylight settings, in a compact enclosed rifle sight.
The AEMS PRO X2 features Holosun’s Multi-Reticle System, allowing you to select a 2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle, or circle-dot combination. The updated X2 optical system also reduces parallax compared with the previous design, while the large viewing window and unlimited eye relief make it a very interesting option for use with night vision.
Other features include Solar Failsafe, Shake Awake, automatic brightness adjustment, a CR2032 battery with up to 50,000 hours of battery life, and a rugged 7075-T6 aluminum housing.
For someone putting together an NV-capable rifle without jumping immediately into the price range of some premium optics, this one offers a lot for the money.

Holosun IRIS-ARC: A Dedicated High-Output IR Illuminator for $499.99
Launch Sale: $499.99
This may be the Holosun product we’re most excited about for dedicated night vision users.
The new Holosun IRIS-ARC is a compact, purpose-built infrared illuminator using a high-output VCSEL emitter. Instead of paying for another visible laser or IR aiming laser you may not need, the IRIS-ARC concentrates on one job: putting adjustable infrared illumination where your night vision needs it.
The beam can be adjusted from a tight 3-degree spot all the way out to a 40-degree flood, making it useful for everything from closer-range movement and navigation to illuminating objects farther downrange.
Output is adjustable from 20 mW up to 260 mW, giving the IRIS-ARC substantially more flexibility than a simple fixed-output IR light.
It also uses a Scout-pattern mounting interface, runs on a single CR123A battery, includes rear push-button activation and Crane-plug pressure-pad compatibility, and is housed in 7075-T6 aluminum.
If you already have an aiming solution and simply want to add a serious dedicated IR illuminator to your night vision setup, the IRIS-ARC is one we’re especially interested in.

Holosun LE321: Visible Laser + IR Laser + IR Illuminator in One Unit
Launch Sale: From $999.99
If you’d rather have your aiming laser and illuminator together, take a look at the Holosun LE321 Series.
The LE321 combines three functions into one compact unit:
- Visible aiming laser
- Infrared aiming laser
- Infrared illuminator
We have both the LE321-GR with a green visible laser and the LE321-RD with a red visible laser.
Both versions use an 830nm Class 1 IR aiming laser along with an integrated IR illuminator for use with night vision. The visible and IR lasers are coaxially aligned, helping simplify zeroing and maintaining consistent alignment between the two systems.
The LE321 is also built in a Grade 5 titanium housing, features a quick-release Picatinny mount, runs on a CR123A battery and includes a Crane-compatible pressure pad.
For someone who wants a complete laser aiming module without moving into some of the much more expensive systems on the market, the LE321 packs a lot of capability into one unit.

Which Holosun Night Vision Setup Makes Sense for You?
That’s one of the things we like about these three products: they don’t all solve the same problem.
If you want a night vision-compatible red dot for passive aiming, take a look at the AEMS PRO X2.
If you already have an aiming solution but need powerful, adjustable IR illumination, the IRIS-ARC may be the sweet spot.
If you want an IR aiming laser, IR illuminator and visible laser combined into one unit, the LE321 gives you all three.
And, of course, you don’t have to figure out the entire setup on your own.
Night vision is what we do at MOD Armory. If you’re trying to decide what will work with your PVS-14, binocular NVG, helmet setup, existing optic or other equipment, give us a call or send us a message. We’re happy to help you put together a system that makes sense without selling you components you don’t need.
